The idea - Everybody can read the same books, relate to the same theory and stand on the podium and convey a message. Never the less, I have experienced over the years that few are actually driven by the difference that the message and activity should entail. I am driven to create a change for my clients - at the individual level and for the company. Therefore, my advice and my activities make a difference and lead to ACTION. I believe that the solution and method must be independent and tailored to be the right – in order to ensure an appropriate yield. Most external consultants are close to the customer in connection with the clarification, learning and training, but often far from the executing part. ACTIO will be chosen to be close to the ACTION in practice as well as for process. ACTIO means ACTION in latin. ACTIO = initiate ACTION!
