These span a range of associated needs and risks stemming from exploitation, mental health issues, gang involvement and absconding to name a few. Acorn Homes also gives all new support workers the ability to complete a NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and our Deputy's a NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and management.
