The Academy of Creative Coaching is an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited training program that takes a human wholeness approach to provide our trainees with the tools they need to effectively coach leaders, teams, and individuals seeking to enhance the quality of their lives. Our coaching philosophy embodies four pillars: Human Wholeness, Cultural Competence, Creative Solutions, and Invigorative Leadership. The Academy of Creative Coaching was founded by Dr. Pamela Larde in 2013 with the vision to develop a program with the quality and integrity of an evidence-based curriculum and a life transformation experience that reflects the true power of coaching.
