Overview

OUR MISSION: We advance authentic inclusion for people of all abilities in workplaces, educational institutions, and communities. THE MOVEMENT: Ability Revolution is a movement that significantly influences the way society views people with disabilities as people with equal value, unique individuals with talents and strengths who make meaningful contributions in our communities. Our aim is to change the world by showcasing the numerous and indispensable advantages of an authentically inclusive environment. We leverage each person's strengths and promote the diverse, collective, and reciprocal power of "us." WHAT WE DO: RESEARCH We conduct research and write books and articles on inclusive environments. We investigate and report on ability-inclusive best practices in companies, schools, and organizations. RESOURCE REVIEWS We review, recommend, and collaborate with resources that support inclusion, including service providers, information websites, and advocacy organizations. EDUCATION & TRAINING We deliver customized education and training programs on understanding disability, working in ability-diverse teams, inclusion, and leadership. We coach leaders on building inclusive workplaces. ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING We develop customized business cases for ability diverse workplaces, conduct assessments for inclusion readiness and make recommendations, and source and manage job placement and coaching vendors. KEYNOTE SPEAKING We deliver keynote addresses for corporate, educational, and community audiences on disability awareness, inclusion, leadership, teamwork skills, and diversity. Ability Revolution Inc. is a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization in the San Francisco Bay Area, EIN 82-0850370., founded in October 2016 by Dr. Jennifer Camota and Mr. Christopher Luebke. Tax exempt status was granted as of March 2017. We are able to mobilize to serve our clients anywhere in the United States and Canada.
