abh INGENIEUR-TECHNIK GmbH is an owner-operated medium-sized engineering company based in the port city of Emden, Northern Germany. Founded in 1981, the company is managed by Alwin Höpfner. The business portfolio of abh INGENIEUR-TECHNIK GmbH includes engineering and services in ship design, offshore wind power, offshore oil and gas, hydrogen and energy technology. The abh INGENIEUR-TECHNIK GmbH has already planned and implemented more than 500 ships in independent and close cooperation with its customers – from heavy-lift ships, container ships to special ships, as well as offshore structures and various retrofitting projects.
