A4 GmbH is a consulting enterprise, which is focussed with the topics of industry 4.0 and information-management. In relation to industrie 4.0 the A4 GmbH integrates various products, which are developped/manufactured at partner companies. A focus are the visualization, sensor integration and algorithm to improve logistic, production efficiency, machine availability, quality and customer satisfaction at the customer side. Therefore the A4 GmbH uses software packages, which are based on the technology "digital twin" and are enabling transparency and process efficiency. Due to the fact, that software is not effectiv on its own, A4 GmbH has various HMI- and Sensors at its portfolio, which can be integrated at a company in an easy way. Therefore the A4 GmbH is capable to enlarge the product range on demand, to integrate process control also for new requirements. The fundament of the efficiency increase is based on digitalization of process steps, automatization of manual work packages, reduction of non-value-add processes and the optimization of aktivity planing. For this transparency and the efficient usage of existing expert knowledge is highest priority. With the software sphinx-open-online we can adopt to all kind of ERP-systems, MES-systems and other established software systems and manage the optimal integration of the products of A4 GmbH, to visualize all processes within the enterprise and to improve the efficiency at all levels.
