Overview

Individual, family and group therapy with over 20 years of experience working and learning about human behavior, trauma and relationships with clients of different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. At 3 Elements Counseling we work with a variety of life circumstances and problems: trauma, grief and loss, communication problems, depression, anxiety and phobias, mental illness, as well as conflict resolution. We work in collaboration with other alternative healing professionals to help clients in their healing journey and making referrals when necessary. Serving and understanding the needs of the international and diverse community and the challenges of living away from the country or the community of your origin is a priority. Bilingual services Spanish/ English are offered.
