Overview

Dear colleagues, We are honored to announce the 2nd Conference in Business Research & Management (BR&M): Business Research in the New Normal, which will take place in Tirana (Albania) on May 25th-26th, 2023. The event will take place in a hybrid format (on-site but also allowing the participants to join online). The conference will be organized by the University of New York Tirana, the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, and the University of Castilla-La Mancha. Society is living with several significant ecological and social challenges, such as climate change, poverty, hunger, digitalization, and many others. These challenges have, in some cases, been accelerated by the recent COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine, leading to a reduction in global wealth and an increase in social disparity. This new situation, in which the nature and behavior of organizations have changed in response to these new health, social and economic realities, is what has been termed the "new normal". The 2nd Conference on Business Research and Management (CBR&M) aims to discuss the most important business and organizational implications of this "new normal" and the future challenges that public and private organizations will face in the coming years. We encourage you to submit theoretical, conceptual, and empirical contributions in all fields of business research.
