20Twenty SMI builds ADU's, Micro Studios, Tiny Homes & Park Models. 20Twenty is RVIA Certified and our structures are tested to meet ANSI A119.5 & FPBR 1192 building codes. Structures are built off site at our factory in an controlled environment. Then delivered on skids or chassis for minimal onsite constructuction.
