Agnieszka is so far the most professional yet friendly recruiter I had an opportunity to search for a new position with. During the recruitment process (which was veery short by the way) there were lots of laughs, literally zero stress and completely friendly and genuine atmosphere. From my experience it is pretty uncommon when recruiter is capable of answering more technical questions related to the position you apply for and in my opinion Agnieszka was perfectly prepared for that part of the interview as well. She was in touch with me and the client company throughout the whole recruitment process and didn't forget about me even after a few weeks after I've joined the company after a successful recruitment process. What I say to my friends about Agnieszka is this - in case I ever need to switch between jobs there's only one recruiter from my linkedin I'm gonna contact. 😀
