As Information Systems Manager for Equra Health, I had the the pleasure of working directly with Shawn in his capacity as IT Infrastructure Manager. During this time the company was going through a number of rapid changes and the IS Department and IT Department were under extreme pressure to adapt to these changes as well as the increasing demand. Due to this and the natural dependency between our two departments were were required to work directly together and find innovative solutions to this changing environment. In addition to this, Shawn and myself were responsible for working on a number of strategic projects as well as defining and guiding our teams to our strategic goals. Shawn was liked by all employees and comfortable at communicating at all levels, he was efficient and determined in achieving his goals and I would not hesitate in recommending Shawn for a similar role.
