I enjoyed how Madeline was straight forward and enjoyed her collaboration with me as the Dean of Nursing and the Acting President of the college. Furthermore, I liked how she tackled conflict management head-on, following up and working for a positive resolution. Furthermore, she would reach out to me for assistance on projects and I always enjoyed assisting her and our team. We did a project care initiative to increase the morale and motivation of not only our students and co-workers, but the good men and women who work overseas in our military. We collaborated on the self-study report for MSCHE, the pinning ceremonies, and she always provided information for the monthly student newsletter that I was responsible for. The nursing students were so excited to add their experiences from the Student Nurses' Association event and that was just one of her great ideas, because it helped in increasing morale and motivation. We only got the chance to work together for a short amount of time, but it was fun to work, brainstorm, and collaborate together on initiatives for the students in an effort to enhance the students' experience.
Raquel .
From the first day i start pay attention on linked, she was ( stil are !!) The person who never forget me and always is sending messages to know more about my health and wellness. This shows how much she is a dedicated professional. Not just with health in your country, but like all the people who approach it. It is an example of how a good professional should act and forget boundaries. It does not matter if you are in Indonesia or Brazil she cares and helps.
