  Managed full chain of service parts export to Ford affiliates around the global from June 2010 to mid of 2014, including SCM coordination, customs clearance, shipment planning, etc. Business size grew to USD 3 mils a year from an early volume of a half million. A job rotation to import segament from late 2014 during a transitional period of time then being assigned to service product team and later was promoted as product manager till present. During this assignment ,fully participated in waves of Motorcraft (Ford' second brand service parts) and Omnicraft (third brand for all makes applications) product develpment. By 2020, 12 categories of Motrocraft parts and 9 categories of Omnicraft parts are successfully launched to service both CAF dealership channels and IAM channel which contribute 500 million parts revenue to the company a year. In late 2019, parts wholesales was asisgned to the job. Throughout the year of 2020, over 200 wholesales distribution network was established with my engagement while CAF-JD flagship store was successfully launched and under my managemnet, which contribute a 80 mils revenue of business size to service business.
