      In my internship I'm researching the innovative use of bacterias for cleaning up waste-water. As medicines in waste-water are a growing risk for clean drinking water, research is needed to create innovative clean-up methods. Part of my duties are: setting-up bioreactors, lab-work, analyzing DNA and pharmaceutical compounds. Research: The influence of high and low concentration of pharmaceutically active compounds on metabolic and cometabolic process of autotrophic and heterotrophic bacterias under nitrification.
