I manage the development of a learning delivery solution that takes into account individual learning requirements and current learning solution;promotes self-sufficiency among users giving them confidence to effectively perform their roles with minimal support from formal performance support mechanisms; promotes sharing of/easy access to knowledge across all work areas; ensures users have prereq skills prior to roll out of training; ensures ongoing performance support.
