I apply my expert knowledge of adult learning concepts & the use of technology in support of adult learning & training solutions to lead the design, development and implementation of the Training & Performance Support Plan to enable system users to be effectively trained in Ellipse & associated business processes, be skilled in the use of performance support tools to problem solve, maintain/develop new skills in line with future business improvements. I manage the development of a learning delivery solution that takes into account individual learning requirements and current learning solution;promotes self-sufficiency among users giving them confidence to effectively perform their roles with minimal support from formal performance support mechanisms; promotes sharing of/easy access to knowledge across all work areas; ensures users have prereq skills prior to roll out of training; ensures ongoing performance support. I liaise closely with Org Change, Project & Executive Managers & HR ensuring flow of training related info betw different project components, program timing connectivity & that working relationships are maintained. This garners support & buy-in to overall training approach, incl provision of advice regarding system skill development and training matters. I oversee logistics for multiple train-the-trainer programs consistent with the rollout strategy.
