  The Community Anchor Village is a unique facility where several complementary services for youth at risk come together to create a continuity of care and includes six group homes, each accommodating 12 boys or girls. i was a Guide counselor at one of the girl's groups. as part of my job I was in charge of the well being, and the day to day lives of the girl. on top of that, I was a part of the team that directed the clinical treatment of the girls.
