    • Managing editor of publishing house imprints
      • Jun 2016 - Oct 2020

Formation of the company's product strategy, tracking market trends, filling book portfolios and developing product positioning in Childhood and Prose imprints, product quality control, budgeting and analytics, control of pricing policy, negotiations with foreign rights holders. I joined the publishing house as a managing editor of children's books. In addition to books translated from foreign languages, I produced about 20 nonfiction children's books from scratch: developed concepts, found authors and artists, organized work on manuscripts, illustrations and prepress, led teams of 10 people on one project. Many of my projects have been successfully selling and reprinted for several years. Six months later, I launched a new direction of teenage non-fiction literature inside the Childhood imprint, creating a new type of product on the Russian market - teenage books on personal development (puberty, self-esteem and self-acceptance, soft and hard skills, motivation, personal boundaries, career guidance, etc.). For several years continued to lead the direction of teenage books (83 book titles), managing the product team. As on 2020, the direction brought 6% of the publisher's revenue (more than 1 million dollars per year), the annual growth 60%. Bestsellers of the imprint were sold in circulations of 20-25 thousand copies. In 2018 also launched the MIF.Games imprint to publish board games (24 titles in portfolio), in 2019 developed a product strategy to enter the fiction market and launched a new imprint MIF.Prose (12 titles in 2020 and 18 titles in 2021, 2 product lines: young adult and literary prose).
