Ivan is a skilled PHP developer with a proactive approach. With us, he learned Magento 2 and Prestashop and managed to complete several projects within a reasonable amount of time. Magento 2 is a rather complex platform and as a Junior developer Ivan had some difficulties working with it at the beginning and the very first tasks were not a success, however with time he has advanced and managed to complete his tasks that otherwise are tasks for a Middle-level developer. After working with Magento 2 we have reassigned Ivan on a Prestashop project and it went much better than Magento 2. Ivan is a good team player and feels much better working in a team rather than working alone. One of the biggest advantages of Ivan's is that as a manager you don't have to ping him about every task asking whether it's ready or not: he provides feedback on a regular basis and is always in touch with the team when it's needed.
