  In the course of the work in the Group of Companies Delo the following transactions were completed under my legal supervision: - Bonded loan issue totaling in 3 bln. rubles (November 2015). The issuer LLC «Deloports». Underwriter «Raiffeisenbank»; - Sale to Cargill of 25% + 1 share of Grain terminal KSK which is a member of the DeloPorts group (external consultants: Morgan Stanley, Herbert Smith Free Hills). The transaction was closed on December 2013; - Sale to the company Gazpromneft Marine Bunker of the marine bunkering oil terminal and oil base in Novorossiysk. Above companies were members of the DeloPorts group. Transactions were closed on December 2013; - Obtaining 2 credits from VTB Bank (Austria) AG. Transactions completed on January and November 2013; - Issue, amendment and termination of guarantees extended to secure credit obligations under English law (external consultants: White & Case); - Purchase of bunkering tanker for Bunkering company TOS, which is a member of the DeloPorts group. The deal was closed on December 2012; - Purchase of pneumatic vessel lifting device (crane) for Aleksino Port Marina. The transaction was closed in on October 2015. Show less
