  Beeline.ru is the top international telecom operator in Russian Market. My job was to create a strong network and closed ad contracts with all Media and digital agencies on the Russian market. In this short period of time, I managed to increase the new prospect’s response rate to 34%, conversion rate to Closed Won stage to 7,5% (it was 2,8% avg when I joined the company), and generate $4mln revenue.
