  During this time I have learned about all the steps in organizing an event, from securing a location to bartering with local businesses. I managed to contact local pizzerias and managed to get a sponsorship, while also helping with the logistics of the event we had in March.

  I have been able to research companies and their marketing strategy for attracting sponsorships and support in our projects. Even if I had minimal experience before, I gained precious soft skills such as persuasive communication, along with understanding the objectives of a company based on their values and people. Regarding the Partner Relations part of my activity, I managed to get the help of the best Universities in Iasi, Romania, for promoting ROSPIN Accelerated Level 1 among their students, a project meant for bringing the space domain closer to the higher levels of education in Romania.   In December 2022, Formation Workshop took place in Cluj-Napoca, where I helped with logistics and taking care of the foreign students that have come to us. I have improved my English speaking skills and also I improvised activities in the last minute for the students. I also got involved in a project with the main objective of building a rocket model having a flight computer managed by an AI, project which is still ongoing.
