  - I have many years diverse experience in the FCGM products distribution. In 2000 when I graduated Kaunas University of Technology, I started my carrier at leading dairy products distribution company “HERMIS“ (Russia). First I started as a Business Development Manager and a Business Division Manager in Lithuanian commercial unit, later continued as a Commercial Director for three years , as a Process Director for 3 years more and as a Marketing Director and a Member of the Board of Directors for almost seven years. - The Company's turnover in FCGM sector for the last few years was 100 million Euro per year (2013 -2015). The company employed nearly 600 professionals at that time. - Almost a third products were short shelf life, which required a highly efficient supply chain. As a Process Director I would single out noticeable achievements like a installed warehouse automation system and improved routing algorithm in the logistic unit. - The company launched and developed two private dairy product lines: DANVILLE, COLUMBUS during a period I was roling as a Marketing manager. Later these two brands were sold successfully to company ALGOJ. - Later continued as a Member of the Board of Director and soon as a Chairman of the Board. Activities of the group included areas such as distribution of food products, real estate projects, accommodation and catering services in Russia and Lithuania as well. I was responsible for corporate business planning and development, including marketing strategies of main commercial projects, launching new business directions, introducing new food brands in the Russian market and etc. Show less
