Łukasz initially joined our company as a Junior Designer. Throughout his work on many complex projects for clients from various industries, he developed his designing skills very quickly which resulted in multiple well deserved promotions. For the last one and a half years of his work at Symetria, Łukasz did an excellent job as a Team Leader of a UX/UI team that was delegated to working for an e-commerce client. During that time, he was responsible for overseeing the team's work and served as our company's main point of contact with the client. The majority of his time was also spent on UX/UI work, which among other things included creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, facilitating workshops, and building a design system. His work was always of the highest quality and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
