Working with the most exciting tv-products in the market in an agile, fast moving and stimulating environment. Had an active role in driving the Android-based tv-box, Tv Hub, project towards launch: https://www.broadbandtvnews.com/2018/04/12/com-hem-launches-android-tv-based-tv-hub/  Launched TiVo in Sweden in 2013.  Launched and continued to develop the mobile and web applications for streaming content.  Defining the metadata strategy for all video content. Assuring the data was enriched with necessary parameters to support the customer experience and the business functions.  Performed a procurement of a content recommendation system during 2017.  Setting the strategy to move away from SD-channels towards HD-channels and implementing it in the organization from marketing and commercial to the sales, tech and customer care departments.  Assuring the systems handling video on demand were developed to support the growing streaming business.  Defining and owning the process for changes in content offerings; new channels, changes broadcast hours, new broadcast formats, removing content, updated logos, etc.  I was the manager of a team of four (recruiting, plan for cover during parental leave, coaching, etc.).  Setting requirements towards the tech and IT departments around new services and functions (ex product catalogue, login to TVE devices, statistics).  Working in close co-operation with customer support with instructions, training and using feedback to improve products and offers.  Active in incorporating the company Boxer with its customers and terrestrial tv-signals into the Com Hem product management routines during 2016-2017.
