This all in includes monitoring of work sites where Durabuilt employs sub-contractor, ensuring precautions as per Alberta OH&S legislation whilst working at height and all other activities involved. • Monitor and correct all work hazards, unsafe acts, and conditions. • Review and follow up on Sub Contractor pre-qualifications and ensure the subcontractor meets Durabuilt Health and Safety requirements as per the Sub-contractors policy • Experience in conducting workplace ergonomic assessments • Conduct orientation for new employees as well as for the sub-contractors. • Identify, Prepare and Conduct training for the employees and maintain training records. • Develop and review safe work practices and procedures as required • Conduct the risk assessment and Hazard Assessment whenever new machinery is brought in or there is a change in the process. • Attend and chair health and safety committee meetings. • Attend the bi-weekly H&S meeting on the plant floor. • Conduct Internal COR Audit and 6S Auditor for the plant. • Respond to all incident, accident and near misses report and conduct investigation to determine the immediate and underlying causes and to implement corrective measures to prevent re-occurrences in future. • Prepare and maintain records as per COR and ISO 18001,14001.
