As the CTO of MylifeMyfinance ADI start-up and Advisor for Catholic Super Fund (CSF), I was accountable for all aspects of the technology environment and its role in the wider outsourcing ecosystem, ensuring efficient, compliant, and reliable services for both employees and customers. A highlight of this tenure was leading business transformation from idea through to execution, integrating scalable enterprise business solutions supporting digital origination and self-servicing with a new operating model to allow the Bank to be sold at peak value. Additional Achievements • Created and led hyper-efficient cost models for MyLife MyFinance’s suite of products and the delivery of budget-friendly customer products by driving new cloud technology. • Reduced the customer acquisition cycle from up to 48 hours to less than 10 minutes and expanded self-service capabilities that benefitted overall experience. • Reduced complexity and transformed digital experience across delivery channels by moving to one central core banking system for the storage and operations of data and processes. • Facilitated secure, scaleable technology infrastructure including an open-banking ecosystem to enhance customer verification services, digital wallets, and IT security meeting current and future requirements in Australia. • Initiated a Programme of Work (POW) to support enterprise architecture changes, ensuring a successful merger between stakeholders, the bank’s parent company and another super fund. • Utilised risk management to offset incidents and minimised exposure to Cyber threats by reinforcing IT security measures.
