  Worked on projects based in the USA and Canada by providing detailed Quantity take-offs by using BLUEBEAM software for the following scopes of work, 1. Wall framing - Wall studs, blockings, sheathings, top and bottom plate, door and window headers estimates. 8. Roof framing - Rafters, rafter tails, ridge boards, blockings, and roof sheathing estimates. 9. Drywall quantity take-offs for walls and ceiling with corner beads, and wrapped openings. 10. Insulation Take offs at wall and ceiling. 11. Reviewed the Quantity Takeoffs done by Junior Estimators and informed the corrections. 12 .
