  I joined QSR Brands as the Head of Group Compliance and Inspectorate Department. Immediately, I completed the Group Limits of Authority after pending for review and approval for more than 4 years. I ensured the operations of all business units/companies under QSR Brands were in full compliance with accepted international and local best business practices and standards. I supervised the operational compliance of all business activities which helped secured an annual revenue of more than RM4.5 billion (2018). I was promoted as the Acting Deputy Chief Operating Officer in October 2018 while being the Head of the Integrated Poultry Supply and Services Department. I ensured adequacy of poultry supply to plants and monitored the compliance functions of operations. I solidified the procurement processes which among others include sourcing, tender, approval and contract management to enhance the integrity of the end to end processes. My inventive and meticulous business process reengineering has resulted in millions of RM in saving. From time to time, I was also tasked to head some special projects.
