  I worked in a collaboration with teams to adhere to the county councils strict guidelines in providing safety for children with special needs. This role allowed me and exposed me to the importance of reporting/recording and managing of journeys and incidents. I was dealing with issues/concerns raised by all parties and was expected to resolve in a timely manner. I was trusted to work under my own initiative and relay any findings to the team and work with them to resolve issues for positive outcomes. I completed tasks efficiently which enhanced my time management skills.
