• Supporting eHarmony’s complex enterprise environment comprising of Unix systems deployed with RedHat, Scientific Linux, CentOS, and OEL. Maintain AWS,Virtual and Physical Systems using common Linux tools as well as Chef, GIT, SVN, Jenkins, Nexus, Nagios, Appdynamics, Splunk, Xymon, F5 Load Balancing and more • Maintaining company's AWS ,VMware ESXi, KVM Virtual Platforms • Maintaining and Supporting NFS, FTP, DNS, DHCP, SSH, HTTP(s), NTP • User account setup, permissions, ACL, cron jobs • Setting up alerts for eHarmony’s highly critical services using various tools • Critical rapid technical support to different Platform and Operations teams (QA, Developers, Release, Implementation, Network Engineers) • Supporting DevOps with deployment, rolling restart of the services and troubleshooting deployment jobs • Migrating legacy infrastructure to Chef, building infrastructure, allocating resources, load balancing and monitoring of the services • Daily system monitoring, verification and maintenance of the integrity and availability of all hardware and server resources, backups and review of system and application logs • Monitoring and problem-solving of production server and applications using diverse set of tools • Monitoring and maintenance of eHarmony’s VMware ESXi 6.5 server and clustered VMs • Maintaining a network configuration for applications, creating pools, nodes and VIPs in F5 • Maintaining Hadoop cluster through Ambari • Migrating KVM to VMware • Managing offshore NOC team to support eHarmony’s highly critical services • 24x7 on-call rotation Show less
