I started off as the project manager in roads and stormwater department, later I worked as the bridge maintenance manger in charge of the JRA Bridge Management System(BMS). Finally I managed to set up a design office which was aimed at doing internal designs for the JRA, this was followed by the establishing and setting up of the Total Quality Management department with the aim of implementing the ISO 9001:2008 system.
