During his time at the restaurant he mastered multiple positions, from line cook to bartender to dining room manager, and become a valuable leader for the front of house staff. Anthony not only handled the tasks given to him efficiently, but also was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure things ran smoothly. He is kind, thoughtful, and excellent at all aspects of customer service. He also has great initiative and on multiple occasions spent his personal time on ideas and projects to improve the bakeshop. We were sorry to see Anthony go, but I am certain that he will be an invaluable addition to whatever company he joins next.
