SAFETY TRAINING & COMPLIANCE • Developing and conducting new employee safety training, employee refresher and contractor workforce training. • Implementation of DuPont standards “PSM/PSRM” at Site. • Maintain and apply the entire HSE management system including standards, SOPs, JSA, PSSR and development plans. • Oversee and control safety procedures, policies, plans and programs pertaining to PPEs, Safety MIS, FAS, ERP, confined space and spill containment. • Organize and conduct fire drills, plant evacuation drills and emergency response drills. • Provides informational signs, posters, barriers and other materials to warn of potential and actual safety hazards and prevent access to hazardous conditions. • Launched Home Inherent Safety and Process Inherent Safety Programs for EPQL Colony and Plant. INVESTIGATIONS, AUDITS & PERMITS • Carry out comprehensive job/site HSE audits and inspections. • Audit, pull and ensure proper permits are in place prior to and during maintenance jobs (i.e. Confined Space, Lock-out/Tag-out, Hot Work, Cold Work and Excavation Work). • Carry out Significant Cause, Root Cause and System Failure (PSM/PSRM) Investigations; prepare and deliver final reports along with recommendations to the Management. HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT • Planned OHIH audits for the plant mess and steward the recommendations on priority. • Yearly medical examination scheduling for all the catering staff of plant site. • Noise dosimetery and noise monitoring surveys as per HSE plan. • Track performance and ensure site activities, environmental monitoring and inspections comply fully with WBG, NEQS and company guidelines.
