      I worked for Athletics Australia based at NSW Institute of Sport developping pole vault and multi events. During this time pole vault event developed from being neglected in NSW to one of the strongest in Australia producing the youngest ever open men National Champion by focusing on the sensitive periods targeting age specific long term athlete development. Similar to pole vault event multi events, heptathlon and decathlon became significant on National and international level as well producing National Champions and Australian representatives in Commonwealth Games, World University Games, World Junior Championships.
