  During my time in the Pursers Office I worked both on the main desk and as the switchboard operator. I was in charge to make money transaction, organised guests queries. I was dealing with positive and negative complaines. I was working with my team together with the shoreside office to make all our gests holiday amazing. I always managed to stay positive and act professional in a highly demanding environment. (Currently not in operation.)

  I was working in the Lido Buffet as a buffet steward, I was responsible for the guests to make their holiday unforgattable. After I moved to the "Alternative" and "Al Fresco" Restaurant where I was workind as a waitress. I explained the menu, offered beverages and served them in these A La Carte restaurants.
