  As a Growwer I take part in the GROWWW Team Task Competition, and help the Special Products team's work. 2017.09-2018.04: I worked as a Bitumen sales support, whose main responsibility is to communicate with foreign customers, coordinate the back-office tasks and logistics of the deliveries, and support the sales expert with in-depth analysis and administration tasks. 2018.04-2018.05 - In this month I was the Coordinator for our department's ISO 9001 external audit. My responsibility was to prepare my colleagues and our department for the audit, and to create the audit material needed. As part of the GROWWW program, I take part in the Team Task Competition, where we have to come up with a feasible project for MOL that fits in our long-term strategy. As part of these tasks, I communicate daily with customers from all around Europe in english, as well as with colleagues from subsidiaries from Croatia, Slovakia, Austria, Italy, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia.

  My main projects included: -As of January 2017 I ended a 7 months long project which led to all of the displays changed in pharmacies with whom we had contracts. The project included the graphic designs of the new displays, the production of new dummy packs, logistics of the production , and also administration. -As a whole year project I had to manage the new contracts and contract modifications of 300 pharmacies, which included communication with the legal support team, the representatives, the pharmacies and the financial support team. -I have worked out a system to analyze the ROI of visibility placements, which the company will use in the future.
