  INIS is Integrated Network Information System, which is a huge database containing all the details of the public utility network assets of E.ON Hungary joint companies. INIS is the basis of all company processes, which has to supply data of the network objects to internal or external users. In the past few years I was involved in the management and controlling of this database. We managed to develop this system from scratch to a complex database, which gives support to several branches of the company.I specifically do the registration of technical data of network tools based on geoinformatics system and I also manage the support of internal network systems (SCADA, SAP PM, NEPLAN). My everyday tasks challange my systematic thinking, and also helped to develop my negotiation skills with daily cooperations with colleagues.

  After university I started to work at E.ON at the Network Information Department. The main task was the coordination of the legalization of unregulated electrical network (HV, LV) easements. I also coordinated the management of regulated easements and corresponding properties. I was involved in the development and extension of digital archival system, which was an important step in the modernization of the company. As my daily tasks contained contacting with authorities and clients I was able to develop my communication and negotiation skills.
