György is an incredibly rare recruiter in a good way. I think it's a common case, where a job required different skills than what the candidate had. I met him during a similar job interview as such a candidate. So, I wouldn't have been surprised if the meeting has been over within a few minutes, but György thought otherwise! He always looks beyond mere statistics on paper and doesn't spare his time to try to get to know the person better. So György didn't let me go quickly. In a friendly manner, we discussed a lot of options together about my CV, skills and how to improve myself for future job applications. He listened to me with great interest, so I really felt like that he is curious about me and wants me to be successful in my new career. Even after interviews, he is still easily approachable and helps people with his useful advices. I consider him to be an outstanding recruiter on both personal and professional sides.
