  The group of companies` profile include premium quality fire, acoustic and security doors, plastic extrusion products, data chip pins and fire foam and seal systems. I have successfully prepared the companies for their ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications (which was recommended, with no nonconformances on either the 1st stage or the certification audit) by creating appropriate processes, policies, forms and systems. As part of the quality and environmental management I developed bespoke training programme for staff that includes ISO, fire safety, H&S and moving and handling. Marketing activities include creation of various communication channels such as leaflets, updates and digital media, designing brochures, data sheets, corporate forms and websites for the group and one of our partners. I also maintain some of the digital marketing aspects and most of the graphic design. I am currently preparing for my exams for the NEBOSH National Diploma (degree level) as well as working on my dissertation for Business Administration Master’s in Digital Marketing, exploring the role of creativity and marketing tools in the implementation of ISO standards in a manufacturing environment.
