I was Zsigmonds Direct Manager. In a very quick time he learnt new technical details and always made sure he was up to date with content, new technology and everything needed to excel at his job. He showed attention to detail on a daily basis and used his problem solving skills to give the highest customer service experience. He was very capable of working on his own but also as part of a team. It was a very technical role and Zsigmond excelled at this providing great customer care.
