• Liaise effectively with both senior management and programme members to develop training schedules, ensuring that they meet required deadlines, the training facilities available to the programme and do not exceed Expert User trainer time restrictions• Monitor and track BFP training plans to ensure the team delivers against them, raising any unresolved issues with the Training Manager• Document management and version control of an extensive catalogue of training materials• Line management experience through managing a training team administrator and HRSS Assistant (based in Manchester) to ensure invites are sent according to training plans and training sessions are delivered to plan• Co-ordination of designated BFP training rooms and computers, as well as course prerequisites, ensuring latest training materials and handouts are provided for each session• Training evaluation methodologies; consolidation and analysis of training results Key achievements:• Developed highly complex BFP Training delivery plans for all three BFP Releases and the Business Insight Reporting Phase. This insured that over 2000 Business Users were trained on more than fifty new SAP processes and coordinated over 150 Trainers to support delivery of planned training sessions• Recognised a potential issue in the programme which would impact the Training Team. In response, I devised a process for tracking Business Process Procedure (BPPs) documents produced by the programme workstreams. This required me to communicate and influence members of BFP outside my own team. It resulted in the BPPs being delivered to plan and the training materials were delivered on time• Working with IT, I created a brand new reporting folder structure and security model for BFP Business Insight that met key business requirements surrounding highly sensitive data.
