  1. I worked on procedures for juvenile offenders who committed criminal offences based on acts received for Basic Public Prosecutor’s Offices (OJO), the Courts, correction facilities, re-education facilities, realization of court rulings, children with antisocial behavior who have not committed any criminal acts, etc. 2. I worked on the realization of social rights: the right for social allowance of workers; the right for constant social allowance; the right for money allowance for aide and medical care by another person; the right for civil pension; the right for material procurement of the family members whose breadwinner works for the ARM; redundancy money allowance; post-return treatment of returnees from penitentiaries (KPD); institutional placement in the social facilities. 3.My work comprised of offering alternative, modern methods of work with clients; Public representation of the institution in the printed and electronic mediums, participation in educational gatherings, seminars, round tables and forums; Drawing up monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports and programs for the work of the institution; Being informed about the latest methods in the field which allowed him to offer new methods of solutions to problems of certain category of citizens who were not treated adequately in the Institution itself. I presented sole researches conducted at the JU MCSPS in front of the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, judges, public prosecutors, Ministry of Youth and Sport (currently the Agency for Youth and Sport), etc. 4.I worked on the following procedures: realization of the procedure for reconciliation of spouses; regulation of relationships between parents and children; family conflict treatments; counsel for marriage and family; temporary custody of children; regulation of relationships of juvenile children with their relatives; giving consent for issuing of travel documents for children; control over parental rig Show less
