  I attend regular meetings with head of retail sales and head of sales and hold team meetings to ensure that customer needs are being met and that employee morale is high. I oversee the activities of my team and implementing incentives to maximize efficiency and results. I prepare a work schedule for the team and monitor time worked by staff to ensure that scheduled hours are being met and that overtime is not being achieved regularly. Sometimes I handle customer complaints or employee complaints and performing disciplinary actions, including verbal and written warnings, if needed. I usually recruit and train new employees as needed to handle the various responsibilities and duties of the branch. Under my job responsibilities is also care of maintaining a safe and clean environment for my employees by ensuring that premises are cleaned regularly and that any hazards are properly removed so that property is well-maintained and kept attractive and up-to-date.
