I was a coordinator (Team Leader) of the 24/7 Global Service Desk for HSO. I was involved in the sourcing process for members of the Service Desk team. I visited HSO offices for preparations for the training schedules, and the overall Service Desk operations. I attended the necessary Microsoft Dynamics AX and SQL technical training as well as CRM, SCOM Monitoring System, Topdesk (ticketing ), in order to support the HSO Service Desk and grow the 24x7 Global Service Desk. My roles as coordinator included: • Leading and monitoring the work for the Macedonian Service Desk; daily/weekly/monthly coordination of the Macedonian Service Desk (Ongoing calls and escalating calls to the clients and to the Dutch office, coordination of the Monitoring System and of the Ticketing System); • Preparing and maintaining monthly work schedules and ongoing visits for knowledge transfer; • Preparing and maintaining weekly work reports and analysis; Assisting in the preparation and maintaining of the work documentation and escalation procedures for Call and Incident; • Building and maintaining client relationships (phone calls and occasional visits); • Organizing local course for SQL Server installation and configuration as well as exams for Microsoft Dynamics AX installation and configuration/Microsoft Dynamics AX Logistics and Trade/Microsoft Dynamics CRM; • Creating video tutorials for Operational Reports and Operational Checks on SCOM (Microsoft's System Center Operations ) for monthly biweekly and monthly reporting; • Creating onboarding written and video materials, performing 2 weeks onboarding training for new members of the Global Service Desk; • Performing individual assessments and evaluations of the Global Service Desk members.
