  Creative Experience Director is a new role inside Isobar Budapest. My responsibility to establish a new approach to customer experience focused not only on eliminating friction but on engineering delight and building differentiation.   As a Lead UX designer, I solve our client’s most complex problems in close collaboration with my team. We are working on end-to-end experience design projects where we deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. We have experience with international and global telecommunication, FMCG, engineering and startup companies as well.You may want to ask about my other title. This is the role where I can really find my elements. As a UX strategist, I am working with companies and help them establish a human-centered way of thinking and inject design into their company’s DNA as deep as possible. I forget my comfort zone and deep dive into any kind of area even if I do not have any experience in that field. Like configuring diesel and gas generator sets, creating complex self-care solutions for mobile carriers or even helping a startup company navigating on the western European craftsmen marketplace.As a responsible Lead designer, I always have time for my team members and I am using solution focused coaching techniques to help them improve their carrier and mentor them. This is the way how I try to contribute to building the best experience design team in Hungary. Or at least in Hungary :)

  "Így dolgozunk mi" is a Hungarian non-profit organization and movement and it was founded by two young coworking specialist. We have started to create a movement and work out a program for high school students. Our aim is to inspire and show students a lot of different professions from all around the world. We organized a Summer-camps in cooperation with Google, Skyscanner, Ustream, Prezi, Isobar and a lot of innovative Hungarian startups, agencies and coworking places.
