      Successfully built and line-managed a dedicated studio team of designers/developers around the Burberry account, from the inception of the brand’s client/agency relationship with Williams Lea Tag onwards. With my experience in brand guardianship, design and managing teams/projects, I had the great privilege to set up international hubs around the world (in Shanghai and in New York), offering in-depth kick-off lectures and training sessions were essential to acclimatise the fresh team members to the account. It was my responsibility as Creative Director/Producer to undertake this exceptional challenge of onboarding the global hubs, and subsequently overseeing digital production of all globally produced assets. Part of my main day-to-day duties was to observe, monitor and manage the efficiency of the team, offering creative direction, leading and overseeing the studio and to supervise the quality of work. Managing and delegating workflow was also an essential part of my function.Finding solutions to project blockers, monitoring timing plans and ensuring that production was meeting its deadline by working closely with the studio team was key to in consistently delivering campaigns. Transitioning the monthly and ad-hoc campaigns from the client’s environment was a great success and necessitated building a relationship of trust before this sensitive workflow could be handed over with client confidence. With this great achievement, WLT acquired the master creation of countless campaigns and most importantly the trust of our client.I produced several extremely complex and innovative digital formats from inception to execution, such as bespoke rich media and other high-profile materials where my knowledge of the brand, project management skills, creative focus and high attention to detail were utilized.
