Zoltán is a passionate and committed human-rights advocate with a rare combination of policy-making knowledge and people-management skills. I had the pleasure to work with Zoltán on the "EU4HEALTH Campaign", which we co-led. In this campaign work, he always spotted the right opportunity to get our points across to decision-makers. In particular, I was impressed with his knowledge of the EU legislative procedures, his attention to nuances and details, and his ability to lay out complex arguments for all kinds of audiences. In addition to being a good advocate, Zoltán is a talented facilitator, able to get the best out of people during meetings. He would always make sure that people around the table would feel their contribution was being valued, and that we would conclude meetings with concrete outcomes. The fact that he respects deadlines, always follows up on potential next steps, and takes responsibility for the group's work made it very easy to work with Zoltán. I am sure he will be an asset to the next organisation he joins.

In our regular work on air quality and health I have come to highly appreciate Zoltán as a very reliable, knowledgeable and committed team-player. He does not lose track of the bigger picture and has impressed me with his ability to lead and manage complex projects and very diverse teams from across Europe. Most importantly, the struggle for a healthier Europe is not just a job for him, but a real passion. I would not hesitate for a second to work on the same team again.
