  • Responsible to ensure efficient attendance record of each employee according to company procedures. • Closely monitor employee’s attendance and their overtime with comparison of time card and time sheet. • Responsible to prepare absentee/late arrival report of each site and share with I/C admin. • Responsible for Preparation of manpower reports through GDMS. • Responsible to manage and maintain personnel record of all employees. • Responsible to share management attendance to head office on 20th of each month in order to prepare their salaries through head office. • Responsible to maintain proper record of leave/end service benefits of each employee. • Responsible for Processing of employees leaves/resignation/contract expiry cases and coordinate with head office for their departure. • Responsible to coordinate with head office for employee finger print, visa medical, visa expiry cases, booking of flights, visa cancellation cases, exits so on. • Responsible to prepare final payments including all benefits (such as graduity,earned leaves, etc) of employees whose services are being released from the company • Ensuring implementation of new time office procedure • Responsible to prepare of allocation sheet of newly joined employees and hand over them to site after necessary trainings. • Responsible to share missing agreements reports to HO for preparation of salaries in payroll. • Responsible to prepare monthly payroll at the end of each month. • Any other duties assigned by I/C Administration. • Takes ownership of company’s QHSE Policy, Core & Operating Values, and ensures their implementation.
