At Softronic Systems – Sister concern of Atco Pharma, Kohinoor Groups, Tibat Center – I got next level of my career path to become an SQA Manager for recruiting and managing large team of 15 people who are doing manual testing, automation testing and deployment of HCMS (Web and Mobile applications using automation tools like Selenium, Selenide and Appium), API testing using Postman and Jerkins for CI CD. After preparing and managing the test plan, I assign support and testing tasks to QA… At Softronic Systems – Sister concern of Atco Pharma, Kohinoor Groups, Tibat Center – I got next level of my career path to become an SQA Manager for recruiting and managing large team of 15 people who are doing manual testing, automation testing and deployment of HCMS (Web and Mobile applications using automation tools like Selenium, Selenide and Appium), API testing using Postman and Jerkins for CI CD. After preparing and managing the test plan, I assign support and testing tasks to QA members depending upon their work load and maintain the reports using SQM (Software Quality Management) system developed in house for test management by the company. While the team members started designing test cases, concurrently I check those test cases and guide the QA members to cover the gap and missing test scenarios.I use to maintain a weekly QA status report, taking update from each QA team member to upper management and making sure that major bugs are getting fixed in a timely matter.As a mentor, I conduct research and propose new tools and test automation frameworks as per testing requirement to QA members. At Interactive Health Solutions – Sister concern of Indus Hospital – I initiated the SQA department in the company by hiring a dynamic team of 4 QA Engineers with diverse experiences and skill sets.At Interactive Health Solutions, my day started with determining the quality of the requirements of various projects, identifying whether the requirements are unclear, incomplete, ambiguous and contradictory. Also, I created and updated QA plan and Test Plan for Android (QR technology based)… At Interactive Health Solutions – Sister concern of Indus Hospital – I initiated the SQA department in the company by hiring a dynamic team of 4 QA Engineers with diverse experiences and skill sets.At Interactive Health Solutions, my day started with determining the quality of the requirements of various projects, identifying whether the requirements are unclear, incomplete, ambiguous and contradictory. Also, I created and updated QA plan and Test Plan for Android (QR technology based) applications and their integration with web based health care services for World Health Organization and Sindh Government then I used to check the detailed, comprehensive and well- structured test cases created by QA members as per test plan and monitor the testing activities like bug reporting using tools like Redmine and Jira by QA members, provide them support and guidance.As I have a QA member with development background, I proceeded with test automation by monitoring and giving him exposure of automated testing tools like Selenium Web Driver, Appium, Monkey Talk and JMeter. At Axact (Pvt) Ltd – Leading IT Company – I was the first hired QA Architect whose main responsibility was to construct his own team.
