The objectives of the program include improving the quality of education by enriching school activities with interactive content presented in an engaging manner. It focuses on instilling civic values amongst the children and focuses on tolerance and peace. • Assist the Project manager in executing programme activities at field level. • Coordinate with regional educational coordinator for day to day matters and process their request for approval from Project Manager. • Ensure day to day operations are smoothly managed for all project activities in head office Islamabad. • Coordinate and facilitate with the project team and ensure all required documentation is being maintained at head office. • Ensure that education coordinators are facilitated as concerned the administrative, procurement and HR tasks. • Ensure the requisitions are being maintained for use of office vehicle at region and head office under the project. • Assist in planning and coordinate for official project visits/trips and prepare travel authorizations and travel vouchers and maintain travel tracking. • Responsible for Assets Management at regional and head-office level in accordance with CGN-P and donor policies. • Ensure that all assets are properly tagged and any movement from one office to the other office and handing over the company asset to any staff is properly documented. • Track all the procurements as per plan with the procurement department and timely report any bottle necks. Maintain the procurement tracker for each project. • Manage inventories / office stationery and other supplies. • To ensure the work meets quality standards in providing service to the project team. • Assist the project manager in planning and executing trainings, pre/post assessments, project ceremonies and field visits and reporting. • Maintain the intervention schools database and facilitate reporting as per project manager requirement. • Maintain social media presence of the program
